What does your job entail?

Each Client Services Coordinator has a portfolio providing support for different operational units. I am doing a lot of HR, supervising, supporting the units and providing training. I also have to fill in some operational tasks like deploying to detachments to support members. We manage the file materials from the investigative work.

What brought you to the RCMP?

I had just graduated and was job hunting when these positions opened up for the Olympics. I had cast a wider net but this is what got me in.

What do you like about your job?

We get more opportunities with the RCMP than with outside agencies. I like the exposure to various files and the challenges they represent.
