My job is to help support members, the RCMP members who are off sick or injured. Civilian members as well.

00:00:14:24
We’re involved from end to end, essentially. When we connect with the members, we’re not always there to say, “Hey, here’s what you need to do for next steps.”

00:00:24:25
We’re there to say, like, “Hey, you know, how are you doing?” I just think the work that members do is so important.

00:00:31:16
What they put their bodies through, what they put their mental health through: It’s so important that they have supports. We want members that are well and healthy out there.

00:00:42:20
It’s interesting and, I don’t know, I just have a heart for making sure that people know that they’re supported and that people care about them.
