What is your job?

I track applicants from PEI and help them with the application process. The first two stages are with the provincial government, so with us. The first stage is the CV and the second is the online assessment. After this they move to the national stage, but we still help out with those two.

What do you like about your job?

In the summer, we’re really busy so every event we go set up a booth and encourage people to join the RCMP. We meet with schools all over PEI and I get to tell them about the DICE program I graduated from, the Diverse and Inclusive Pre-Cadet Experience.

What made you want to work with the RCMP?

My grandfather is a police officer in India, so that was why I wanted to join.
