So I process applicants that want to become cadets. And so we need to determine whether they possess the values, ethics and abilities required of a police officer.

It’s very rewarding. So you’ve worked hard; you know that they’re working hard; and they have to be successful in all the steps.

Once they receive that job offer and they’re at Depot, you know, you’ve been a part of that. And it’s a really nice feeling to know that they’re hopefully meeting their dream.
