Honestly, I love helping the officers.

I feel like we’re the backbone of our police officers. I feel like we keep the engine running. We do all of the behind-the-scenes stuff that nobody really knows that we do.

Most of the calls that we take are people at their worst. And so trying to make a difference in their lives and helping them in that situation just felt really good. And I really enjoy that.
