I think I like doing the field support. You know, I like the teaching and facilitating part.

On a regular basis we teach the PROS end user course, we teach the PROS IM course, and we teach a PROS supervisor course. And PROS is just our record system that we have for the RCMP. And so we facilitate all those courses.

I like the field support stuff too, especially if people are sending us like, problems that they’re having. And it’s neat to, like, go through everything and kind of try and figure it out on your own. And then that like, ‘aha!’ moment when you actually do get to figure it out.
